寫作最重要的是什麼?

寫作最重要的是什麼? 文筆? 寫作手法? 修辭? 深度?

都不是! 是要猜度讀者的心思! 做讀者肚中的那條蟲!

今日在FB見到蕭SIR呢番話, 實在贊同!

蕭愷一曰:

「其實寫作同其他溝通方法（如面對面說話，或拍YouTube片或在Facebook做live廣播）一樣，最重要係有所謂empathy。

要know what your target readers think, and feel what they feel，咁寫作先有可能（對target readers）有感染力或說服力。唔好以為argumentative或說明類的文章就不須empathy，其實一樣, if not more, important.

舉個例，假如唔知道target readers諗乜，寫作時有可能會有hidden or implied assumptions that are not shared by your readers. And all the arguments that are built upon those assumptions will have no persuasive value at all。

相反，如果落筆前已知道readers想法，你可以多用筆墨用solid, well-grounded, shared的premises同logic來support those debatable assumptions（當然，explicitly argued後的就不再是assumptions了。） 。另外，有empathy亦能避免浪費筆墨support一d本來已經shared with your target readers的assumptions。」



不過如果不是考試或比賽的, 自己喜歡寫什麼便寫什麼好了! ^__^
